I was looking for an evil queen crown and ordered several that turned out to be rubber or plastic (the evil queen crown from The Huntsman, for example - don't even bother). This crown is definitely not rubber. I'm not sure exactly what the material is but it's that stuff that simulates metal but is probably either plastic or an extremely cheap metal. That's ok, though, because it serves the purpose needed. It sits on your head like a real crown, doesn't droop, and is probably as good as you're going to get without laying out some major bucks for a movie prop quality item.It looks great and I got so many compliments. It does tend to hurt your head after a while and I had to attach some felt in the front so that it didn't hurt as much.
